It’s Valentine’s Day!

If you are single this day can feel painful…Just know it’s a day created for commerce

Anyway, I know being single in particular this day on social media, can feel like a painful reminder you are missing out on something important in your life….

It’s just that this feeling can exist even if you are in a relationship, and not get the intimacy and connection you deep inside are longing for… You have no desire for sex… creating a distance from your partner’s touch… OR you are the one that longs for MORE just finding out that the door is closed…

I know that feeling since I’ve been there myself, not wanting committed relationships in my life. I liked the freedom… Then I was in a relationship with a man who betrayed me with another woman. Then I suddenly understood why he didn’t have a desire for me. His other relationship became visible to me on FB. It made it easy for me to close down that relationship since the trust was broken.

But just like the pandemic time has changed the perception of my reality, so it may have changed even for you?

I manifested love in my life… and learned the ups and downs that exist in the process…. For many years, I’ve always kept my distance since I wanted to be the one in control of my relationships.

Now, this desire for control is an expression of our inner masculine energy. What I’m learning is that sustainable relationships where intimacy and connection exist require inner wisdom to align with our masculine and feminine energy.

YES! Because we consist of both. It’s just one problem, in our society, many women act from overdriven masculine energies and many men are acting from overdriven feminine energies… It’s a whole theory why this happens which I can’t cover in this simple post Read more here.

This social phenomenon is impacting our ability to connect and understand what it truly means to choose intimacy and to have long-lasting love with each other.

For most, we choose the easy way… and finding an exit, which is accessible if you open a dating application…

During the last decade, I’ve invested time, money, and energy to create more experiences of understanding the importance of what it means to align with your sexual energy. A thriving sex life comes from understanding the play of polarity.

As women and men, we have to learn HOW our sexual energy takes different forms of expression and how it works toxic or healthy in partnered relations.

In Sweden, it’s unfortunately seen as inappropriate to express this idea, that there is a biological difference between women and men… since it’s not considered ’politically correct’.

But I don’t care. After 10 years of understanding the female energy from my own practice as well teaching Orgasmic Meditation to couples who want to take their relationship to the next level for increased sex drive, more sensational sex life, improved communications… (and yes, it’s even visible in a different focus on your career and professional life that will be visible in your bank account), I’m comfortable about what I’m representing.
