Maria’s professional journey began with a commitment to creating social change. With her PhD in Sociology, “Responsibility in Transition. A Study of Refugee Law and Policy in Sweden”, she became a recognized expert in refugee reception policies, shaping systems that prioritized human dignity and integration. As one of the pioneers bringing Professional Coaching to Sweden, she helped establish the field and has since earned multiple internationally recognized coaching credentials.

Maria’s path evolved from social transformation where she became a Senior Lecturer and Program Director in Leadership & Organization. She deepened her research into understanding human motivation, weaving together sociology, organizational insight, and embodied leadership. This work laid the foundation for her unique approach to conscious growth—connecting inner awareness with outer systems of leadership and change.

Today, Maria guides clients to reconnect with their bodies, purpose, and presence—helping them lead from clarity instead of fear. In parallel, she is co-creating Nexor Insight, a next-generation platform delivering systemic insights that transform how organizations understand human motivation. Together, these two branches of her work reflect the same essence: aligning inner awareness with outer impact.
